Develop Only includes chemical processing of the physical roll of film, but does not include digital scans of the resulting images or physical printed copies. There are a variety of reasons one may choose this service, but the Develop Only service level is most often chosen by:
1) Avid film photographers who either prefer to scan their own film at home, may be experimenting with new film, or may be trying out a “new” used camera for which they want to confirm is in good working order.
2) Customers who have discovered rolls of film in their own storage or the personal effects of a loved one, or who recently purchased camera gear with undeveloped film inside (camera bodies, side pockets, etc.).
Digital scans and prints can still be done at a later date.
