Production Days
- Our production facility operates Monday through Friday only.
- Saturdays are reserved for pickup/drop-off services.
- We are closed on Sundays.
Production Workflow
- Work orders are processed based on media type, supplemental services, and additional options, in sequential order.
- The total active volume of work orders can vary, so production time estimates are approximate.
- Please only call to check work order status IF the estimated production time has passed.
Important Note
- Production time estimates do not include drop-off day, weekends/holidays, or shipping time.
- Orders enter production once all necessary information, images/originals, and payments have been received.
- RUSH Services
- We do offer RUSH options on some product types.
- The cutoff time for RUSH ordering is 12:00 noon. Orders received after 12:00 noon are batched with the following day’s RUSH orders.
- RUSH orders are completed by end of business on the production day indicated by the RUSH timeframe – SameDay, NextDay, Three-Day (canvas). Customer Care will call you as soon as your item is ready for pickup.
Approximate Production Times
- 3 to 5 days: Film Processing, Unmounted Paper and Canvas Prints
- 5 to 14 days: Mounted Prints, Stretched Canvas, Custom Mats, small image scanning orders, Standard Image Editing
- 10 to 21+ days: High Quantity Orders, Custom Frames, Specialty Prints (Metal/Wood/Acrylic/etc.), Advanced Image Restoration
Rush Options
- SameDay RUSH and NextDay RUSH options are available for paper and canvas prints that are not being mounted, stretched, or framed.
- Rush options are displayed on the online checkout screen for eligible products.
- Some in-store services may also be rushed depending on staffing and order volume.
- Film processing cannot be rushed.
Rush Order Cutoff Times
- Rush orders must be received ready for production by 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) in order to be completed by the end of the same business day or the next business day, depending on the option selected.
- Orders received after the 12:00 noon cutoff will be treated as if they were received the next business morning.
RUSH Service Charges
Rush charges reflect urgent prioritization over all standard orders and are processed in the order they are received, alongside other RUSH orders.

NextDay RUSH Charge: 50% increase
