While we cannot research and verify copyright ownership for every image we receive, we reserve the right to decline orders due to copyright concerns.
The responsibility for copyright ownership and licensing for reproduction lies solely with the customer submitting the order. We cannot obtain permissions on customer behalf.
If we receive notification or have reason to believe one or more images in an order might have copyright issues, we may decline the order or require a signed copyright liability waiver before completing the order. These policies help protect image owners, customers and Phoenix Photo Lab.
