Bring those photos to Phoenix Photo Lab in a small box and we will carefully scan each photo to create a high-quality digital copy. You can choose to receive your digital files by email or have them saved onto a USB* drive.
Digitizing your photos makes it easier to share them with friends and family, create new prints, or store them safely on a hard drive. Don’t worry—we will return your original photos along with the digital copies.

3 Easy Steps:
- Gather your *flexible* photos sized 3″x3″ up to 8″x10″
Make sure they are without any covering, such as album sheets, envelopes, plastic sleeves, etc. Remove any staples, paper clips, or sticky notes. Check the back of each photo to make sure there is no sticky residue. Don’t include any duplicate photos. - Count your photos and place them in a clean, sturdy (stackable) box with a lid. Make sure they are all facing forward and upright or in the same (left vs right) direction. If a photo is upside down, or left vs right, it will be scanned that way.
- Write your name, phone, email address and total photo count on the side of your box and bring it to us. We’re located right off the 202 and Hwy 51 at 2212 E McDowell Rd, in Phoenix.
Important Conditions and Limitations
- Color or black & white photos only. Slides, film negatives, typing/computer paper documents, tintypes, framed or mounted photos and other media types are not included in this promotion.
- Photos must be at least 3”x3” and no larger than 8”x10”.
- Family/personal photos only. No commercial/copyrighted photos can be accepted for legal reasons.
- Photos must be individual, standard thickness, flexible (like a playing card), in good condition without tape or sticky residue on either side. Photos must not be extremely fragile, peeling or disintegrating. Any photos that do not meet these requirements will be skipped or scanned at our higher flatbed scan rates. (Examples include: most Polaroid style photos, tintypes/daguerrotypes, mounted or framed photos, laminated photos, etc.)
- Limit 300 photos per box. Just $99 per box with this offer.
- Limit two (2) boxes per customer for the duration of this promotion.
- This is a “per-box” promotion. Prorated pricing is not available with this offer. Quantities greater than 600 (2 boxes) will be charged at regular prices. (Orders with less than 100 photos do not benefit from this promotion.)
- Approximate processing time is one to two weeks.
- One Digital Delivery link (sent to your email) is included. Upgrade to one 32GB USB drive instead for only $10
- Photos are scanned to JPEG file format at standard print resolution; 300 dots per inch.
- High-resolution scans or TIF format files are not available with this promotion.
- Individual file naming, file ordering, folder grouping and similar services are not included in this offer.
- Image editing/straightening/cropping/retouching/enhancement options are priced separately per image and are not included in this offer.
